Trade With Batts


1. How long does delivery take?

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping across the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available at checkout.


2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Trade With Batts ships only within the United States. We are working to expand our international shipping soon!


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use that link to check the real-time status of your delivery.


4. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll quickly arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed.


6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee any changes. Please reach out to support@tradewithbatts.com immediately for assistance.


7. What is your return policy?
